At Tau Center, we believe that care of our physical well-being is an integral part of supporting our spiritual journey. The healthy connection of mind, body and spirit is central to maintaining balance in our lives and our body needs the same nourishment that prayer, reflection and meditation provides our spirit.

With that intention, Tau Center provides space for Massage and Healing Touch Practitioners to provide nurturing touch in a peaceful environment as a complement to the Tau Center’s spiritual programming. 

Tau Center requires each practitioner to carry current insurance and professional licenses in order to provide services through our space. Please keep in mind that all practitioners are considered independent of Tau Center and are liable for their own customer care and service.

Brush Wisdom: A Deeply Inspiring Retreat

Friday & Saturday, April 28 & 29, 9:30am-4:30pm

Brush Wisdom is a deeply inspiring and expressive form of meditation. Developing a deep sense of presence and open relationship to your true self; the brush, ink and paper allow you to access your deeper wisdom in a new and refreshing manner. During this retreat, we will explore the inter-play of mind, body and spirit through the expressive use of the brush stroke in an atmosphere of contemplative calm and peace.

Living Your Purpose

Saturday, April 8, 9:30am-12:30pm

What motivates you—from a place of personal knowing—to keep working toward a goal? Well-being research indicates the value of having a clear purpose in life; when we have something to get up for in the morning, we live longer and more meaningfully. In this workshop, you’ll identify your life purpose, then create a plan to enliven and embody your purpose. The result is that you’ll feel more aware of what you’re about and have a plan to move through your days more purposefully.
