“Spiritual Direction is the Contemplative Practice that through Holy Listening assists individuals in recognizing God moving in and through their heart and life, discerning their life’s meaning and accessing their inner Wisdom, the voice of the Holy Spirit. As we reflect on our relationships and life’s events and circumstances, bringing Divinity into the center of our lives, we grow in love, compassion and trust in God, self and others.”
