We are committed to offering diverse programs and teachings that connect body, mind and spirit for individuals who are seeking deeper meaning and expression in their lives.

Exploring the Franciscan Way of Life - Cohort 3 (Year 1)

Francis of Assisi desired to live the Gospels - he did not set out to create a movement. He chose a radical way of living the gospels by seeing God in all creation. As we journey through this program, we will explore how each of us is called to live the Gospels today.

Wisdom Writing Circle - Fall Series

Writing opens windows into our inner-life. Writing can keep us centered, help us discover new aspects of ourselves, and new perspectives on our lives. When we come together as a community of those who write, we share these discoveries in a safe circle.

Centering Prayer - Experience the Presence of God

Centering Prayer is a form of contemplation or meditation that has been practiced for centuries within the Christian tradition. It is simply a way to learn how to experience God as a loving presence within our lives. The fruits of Centering Prayer are rich. All are welcome to come join us each month - both beginner and experienced.

Outdoor Drumming Circle and Fire Ceremony

Drumming is a time-honored method of healing and helping others. While the drum has the ability to put us in touch with our own natural rhythms, the circle helps draw our individual energies together, unifying them into a consolidated force.
