Personal Retreat Day at Tau Center

At Tau Center, we encourage you to give your head a rest and work from your heart towards peace and spiritual nourishment. In our busy lives, we rarely ever get a moment to ourselves – to sit in quiet and reconnect with our heart. At Tau Center, we know how essential and nurturing it is to take a personal 'timeout', and how a day of retreat can rejuvenate your inner-spirit and your outer-being.

What a wonderful first-time experience at the Centering Prayer gathering this evening. I feel so calm and centered.Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Thank so you very much!!
