Like many, at the start of 2020 I had grand plans for the year. Hopes and dreams I aimed to achieve. Then the pandemic came, and my hopes and dreams for the year were thrown into the air. But in what I thought were broken pieces that could not be brought together, through the course of 2020, I was able to see God at work. He took my broken pieces and recreated them into something far beyond what I could have imagined.
Join me as I share more about how I found Purpose in the Pandemic; how I learned not only to trust God with my broken pieces, but fully embrace the plans He had for me. And reflect on how you might also have seen God at work in your own life; where God might have taken your broken pieces and turned them into His masterpiece.
For nearly 20 years, Karen Bychowski spent much of her time traveling around the United States and across the world, helping large organizations navigate change as part of her work with a Global Fortune 100 Consulting Company. In October 2019 she took a leap of faith; leaving her job to follow a greater calling she felt God had for her.
She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. Karen is passionate about helping others explore and live out the greatest purpose for their lives, and in 2017 started the non-profit To Africa with Love, which aims to connect, care, and contribute to the people of Kenya and beyond.
