The Letter: Laudato Si Film we share this film by Pope Francis

A film on the Laudato Si’ Encyclical: A Message for our Earth. A documentary film based on Pope Francis’s Letter, Laudato Si’, TO ALL PEOPLE about the importance of the environment and his urgent message to better care for creation in order to better care for our brothers and sisters around the globe. The documentary film, THE LETTER, telling the story of the Laudato Si’ encyclical letter and how the climate crisis is strongly affecting the Earth and all those who inhabit it. 

Caring for our brothers and sisters means caring for the home we share. This responsibility is “essential to a life of virtue” (LS 217).

Enjoy a peaceful walk

Walk on our campus along the Peace Path - a winding path through a beautiful prairie of several acres planted with native Illinois grasses and small woodlands. This is a beautiful space for a walking meditation, allowing for both spiritual reflection and physical exercise.
