Jeanne has a strong background in workshop development and delivery, organizational development, team facilitation, process improvement, and strategic planning. Jeanne offers consulting services and workshops through J.M Connolly and Associates. She also currently serves as Vice-President of Board of Directors for the North American Conference of Associates and Religious (NACAR). Since 2007, Jeanne has served as the Director of Covenant Companionship and External Communication with the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters.  She has been a Covenant Companion with the Wheaton Franciscans for more than 20 years.

Jeanne operates on the belief we are all called to be instruments of peace, transformation, and hope -- each in our own way. Each of us has a role in life, ministry, and mission to be in service with the Creator, and one another, for the greater good. Being open to the Spirit, remaining open to personal transformation, and pursuing opportunities for life-long learning helps us to understand and affirm that call “deep within.” She desires to facilitate opportunities for greater wholeness and to affirm how each of us lives out the call of the Spirit in our daily lives.
